Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As devops, I want to see logs for when kafka cache_client and cache_server can't successfully complete an operation.

Acceptance criteria

  • Log events for cache_client and cache_server
  • update docs events page

Additional context
This is to help troubleshoot when a topic isn't created or similar configuration issues that Zilla may or may not recover from.
