Add Log Levels as part of exported Events

Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As an Observability data viewer, I need to add global filters based on common log severity level flags.

Acceptance criteria

• add a static severity label for each event type
• export the severity name., severity number, or both, depending on the exporter
• in the stdout exporter support terminal colonizing
