Hi!

Every time we have a decomposed UTF-8 character in a line, the cursor in VTerm is at wrong position.

For example, let's consider the following scenario:

Captura de Tela 2023-09-25 às 13 55 31

If I press 1, I would expect the line to be ȧa1df. However, I get:

Captura de Tela 2023-09-25 às 13 56 15

The source of problem here is that ȧ is written in a decomposed form. Hence, VTerm is treating it as two characters instead of 1.
