Provider API is being migrated from REST to GRPC.
V1 version of lease API is defined in the PR

April 16th, 2024:

  • Handling this very cautiously, because need backwards compatibility for send manifest.
  • Thinking about including around a future network upgrade.
  • Will focus on other endpoints to implement.
