Can a One-black theme be added?

I have always used the One-black version of the one-dark theme which I find more satisfying and especially pops on OLED displays. I haven't been able to find a similar theme on VS Code and was wondering if this wouldn't be a good addition to this extension? I would be willing to create a branch and give this a go myself if you're not willing to wade into it.
