After I changed my model. the body disappeared. If I refreshed it again, it showed me the topmost body. It already happened many times. Please could you tell me how to resolve it?

By docker way, and no matter how the model is modified, the output results remain unchanged now.

The test model can run successfully. It shouldn't be a software installation issue.

It may be a problem with me ploting or modifying the model, although I don't know the specific reason yet, it may be related to my sedimentary layer drawing exceeding 0km. And if there is a lack of sedimentary layer in a certain area, these two areas cannot be connected together in the subsequent modification process.
Thank you for your patient answer. I can now run my model, although there is a slight difference between the measured and estimated values. I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me some knowledge about model modification.

In the process of operation, I encountered another error, may I ask what is the cause of this problem?

This simply means that the finite element solution for the temperature is not converging. In most cases, we always get convergence, and this could be specifically related to your model.
I will be a bit more specific if you could hare your thermal parameters.
