Error while using reshaping the geometries

Once the model is ready with run and final results. To generate the best match, I reshape the geometries as per the requirements and then I right click on the editor window (window closed) then close model on main window then refresh..but the model is creating error...as below..
Once I restart the Litmod2D and again running the model its running but the reshape issue still same...I have also followed your instructions about qt4 but error is same.

Please see below one by one step with error..

Could you change the shape of bodies in the test model?

No still I m getting the sham error...
I reinstall Litmod again and model is working perfectly...calculated response are also perfect. But while reshaping..error still same as above explained in screenshot.

If you are getting the same errors for the provided test model (the one shared in dropbox) while changing the shapes then there must be something wrong in the libraries. Could you send me following 3 files

1. litmod.inp
2. bodies_GUI
3. bodies_GUI_enevelops

I will check if I get the same errors

Ok. Then, it is for sure is related to the libraries. Could you also send me the etsconfig.py file where you changed the backend?

P.S. I do not have access to my linux machine at the moment. Will check with my installation later .
