Feature Request increase and decrease response

Hi my last ticket got closed, still not implemented:

It would be nice to add a increase decrease response instead of just a fixed score:

@increment_responses
"+1!", "gained a level!", "is on the rise!", "leveled up!"

@decrement_responses
"took a hit! Ouch.", "took a dive.", "lost a life.", "lost a level."
