[Feature request] Open Hail directly from the QS tile

Is it possible to allow one to long-press the QS (quick settings) tile to open Hail directly, so that one can unfreeze an application more quickly? Now one seems to have to open Hail from the launcher or by long-pressing the tile and tapping "Open" in the "App info" of Hail.

For example, one will be able to long-press the tile to open Hail directly, and tap the tile to freeze all the applications added to "Home", if the feature is implemented, which we are convinced that is good.
