Did you figure out how to fix that?

I ended up uninstalling all the frozen apps through a batch script in Termux (Uninstalling individully was a hassle as I had over 60 frozen apps.)

i have important data in some apps i can't just reinstall them.

Sorry, I don't think I can be of help. Maybe try backing up the data with Swift Backup or a similar app?

good evening, sorry for the late reply but i managed to find a fix, i hope it works for ya because it worked for me! :D
i do realize that you sadly had to reinstall your apps, but keep this method in mind in case it happens again.

change the working mode from suspend (or whatever mode you had) to hide
select freeze all apps, then unfreeze all apps, freeze again, then unfreeze
change the working mode back to suspend (or whatever mode had)
freeze all apps, unfreeze, and then freeze again

messing around with the working mode and freezing/unfreezing applications is what worked for me, try messing around with them, also i believe it doesn't matter either if you had shiszku or root or whatever as the working mode (i used root), just mess around and hopefully that fixes your problem.
good luck!
