Header and Footer are not visible during the section insertion animation, they appear only when the animation is over

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to example app
Click on delete all content using the refresh button
Insert an item. It will also cause the section insertion
See error

Expected behavior
Header and footer appear simultaneously with the item.

Device/Simulator: Both
OS: tested in 12-14 ios version

This is a known issue with no workaround, unfortunately :(
