A column theoretical content of the algorithms(txt doc) beside the implemented algos. #356

Adding a column of the theoretically applied algos as given in the book, beside the column of all the implemented algos would make it easier to refer to the algos rather than again and again opening the book to look that particular algo. In this particular column links can be added that can jump directly to the point of the txt doc of the theo. algo. as done in the applied algo column.

I would like to work on this if approved by the organisers.

@coderop2 I think aimacode-pseudocode does the same that you are suggesting. correct me if I am wrong.

What i was saying is adding that column along with all the implemented algos column for easier reference.
