Then, how do you create it? I used my token on an .env file and it didn't work?

you need to create a new node project by running npm init outside of the discord.js-selfbot-v13 folder then after that you can install the selfbot package by running npm i discord.js-selfbot-v13 dotenv then inside of the index.js file you can import the module and create a new client like the following code

require('dotenv') // the package that parses .env files

const client = new Client({ /* you can put options here */ }); // create a client 

client.on('messageCreate', (message) => {
  // do logic here
})

client.login(process.env.TOKEN); // TOKEN is declared inside the .env file
