1-click starting of AiiDAlab from Materials Cloud Archive (analogous to current RenkuLab integration)

Analogous to what currently is done for RenkuLab, but with modern AiiDA version, maybe asking whether you want to read directly from archive or actually import, ...

This would work

• as a 1-click from Archive to open in the Materials Cloud instance (or maybe as a dropdown, choosing in which instance to open)
• as a self-standing app, that you can open from your e.g. aiidalab-launch; you can put a Materials Cloud Archive DOI, press a button (and possibly choose from a dropdown if you want to import or just inspect from the file) and it will do the job of importing, showing some stats, ...
