CLI: search should only one version for each app

The current search function shows all versions released for a given app. This yields a rather overwhelming result when trying to search for a specific app. Instead – as suggested by @mbercx - the CLI tool should yield only one entry for each app (corresponding to the latest version) and only show all versions when instructed via a -a / --all-versions option.
