The registry template is not correctly handled.

The information specified in the registry template is not used. After PR #114 was merged, the registry still had the wrong links. It looks like the base template is still used (where the links must still be fixed aiidalab/aiidalab#371, btw).

At the moment, it is not clear where the issue is. Either the template is not correctly specified, or the aiidalab tool fails to read it. To be clarified.
