No POTCAR family available

Can you try the development branch? The pypi version is quite old unfortunately. The verdi group list --all command can be used to list all group and verify the type of the new group just setup for the family.

We had report of similar problems before which I suspected was due to the entry points. You can check the closed issues.

You should see something like this with the Type string being vasp.potcar.

and verdi plugin list aiida.groups should show the vasp.potcar being registered there:
