Java memory error

Hello, I am a researcher who wants to start HiC analysis.
I am testing HiC analysis using juicer program.
When I run it, an error message related to java momory appears.
So I re-configured the swap memory and heap space settings, but only the same message appears.

As a result of checking the current Java memory, InitialHeapSize and MaxHeapSize clearly appear to be the values I set.
However, looking at the error, the first -Xmx1024m -Xms1024m seems to have been skipped because it is similar to the setting value.
However, the next value -Xmx150000m -Xms150000m is too large.
I wonder if I need to prepare this much memory or if it can be modified.
The total memory of the PC currently in use is 64G.
