Feature Request: Custom file name when creating a file from online judges

It is quite inconvenient to use CPH to get samples from online judges just because it creates a file name that's different to what I'm used to. Maybe it would be better to let the user customize the file name? Like using builtin variables like "$url" or "$title" whatsoever.
