Java file with Korean character has error #409

I have a problem when compile java files with korean characters.

It seems encoding .java files with x-windows-949 has problem. It was fine when compile with encode UTF-8.

Extension Version: <v6.1.0>

VS Code Version: <1.86.1>

Browser Version: <chrome 121.0.6167.161>

Operating System: <Windows_NT x64 10.0.22631>
