refactor names of domain objects #9

Domain objects have to be renamed to match description in user stories.

Skill -> #Entry,

SkillList -> #Timeline.

Affected objects:

classes,
tests classes,
field and variables,
method parameters,
groovy scripts,
cucumber feature file names,
cucumber scenario descriptions.
