Program crashing on output of file #173

I have version 1.4 and I'm trying to autosub in Japanese. I'm not sure how often it crashed with Chinese, but for Japanese it's crashed 3 times out of the 4 that i've tried it. Not sure if others are experiencing this. Thanks!

Actually, I think it's failing somewhere between step 2 and the output, not sure if it's the exact same issue.
