Describe the bug
getBiologicalSex expects null as first argument, but its type requires a HealthUnitOption. Placing any unit will result in an error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Init Health Kit
  2. Get Biological Sex with non-null options
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Return biological sex

I think the result is also wrong. It should return a string, but the types say it's a number.
