Has anyone figured out a workaround to reset Healthkit permissions so that you can test the permissions flow more than a single time for any given app? It looks like uninstalling the app and then reinstalling the app does not prompt the user for permissions again, but causes the Healthkit permissions that we previously requested to default to "off" without ever prompting the user again. I could theoretically reset ALL device settings, but that seems like a nuclear option/last resort.
