Add hacktoberfest tag to repository

Hello, I am a web developer interested in virtual reality and I would like to contribute to the a-blast project. I've seen that this repository hasn't been updated for over two years and I'm wondering if it's still active and accepting contributions.

I would like to try the game in the browser on the Quest 2, which is one of the most popular VR devices today, but I have run into some compatibility issues. I think it could help solve them.

Since it's October, I was wondering if you could add the hacktoberfest tag to your repository to encourage more people to participate in open source software and celebrate the 10th anniversary of this event.
