Thanks for filing this! This has been a known issue for a little while, but it seems to have slipped our minds. Can you verify that once you refresh the page it only shows the child encounter once?

No problem, I had a look and it wasn't in previous issues so sorry if it was.

I can't replicate the issue at the moment!
