DM Encounters

Expected (Proposed) Behavior

The Detail Cards for POI, Maps/Images, Encounter should not show the placeholder image if no image is set and should fullscreen the image if no text is set.

Actual Behavior

Currently both are always displayed meaning that lots of space is wasted.
