Error when saving/updating a Spell's material components

Expected (Proposed) Behavior

When creating/updating a spell with a material component that is too large for the validation constraints, the form should highlight as invalid and not allow the form to be saved.

Actual Behavior

When creating/updating a spell with a material component that is too large for the validation constraints, the form returns a 400 error instead of showing an invalid field.

Steps to reproduce (if any)

• Add/edit spell's material component
• Hit save
• See error
