Reduce duplication in jck/jtrunner/config files

Currently when there is a new JDK version, we duplicate folders within https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-tests/tree/master/jck/jtrunner/config and change a few lines within the files to appropriate JDK version. We should look to find opportunities to reduce the duplication in these folders.
