Text Component Fails to Render after upgrading to Angular 9 #137

Upgrade to Angular v9 per the instructions at https://update.angular.io/#8.0:9.0l2

When building with the -prod flag, any authored Text component from this repo fails to render.

Specifically, it's the ng build option optimization set to true (which is included for prod builds)
