Right now, like 20 bands are in the output file. This is a problem because GeoTIFF files don't have band labeling (at least as far as I can tell).

The software needs to generate a file that lists each band index and which band it corresponds to.

It also might be worth considering saving as some other type of file that allows band labeling? I'm not sure and haven't looked at what the other options are.
