Description

If possible do not even create this directory in home folder, use xdg base directory and fallback to ~/.config/. Maybe .config/deeplake/activeloop/. I haven't even logged into deeplake account, so I believe this folder is just a trash in my home directory.

We use that directory for a variety of things, including local configuration settings and caches.

However, yes, we should be respecting xdg settings if they are set.

We'll take a look at implementing it
