On @mikelehen 's project - a couple of countries didn't have any data, so it would be nice to have an option to now show the rows that don't have available data for the metrics.

Notes

  • We fetch the data from the table, so we can't simply filter the rows before creating the table
  • We want the option because in some cases (GCAT) there is value in being able to identify gaps in the data
