After assembling DQT query it appears not to be sent to CouchDB for processing

Hi, after installing LORIS v25, I am experiencing the following issue:

1. I setup the visits the candidates can participate in the pertinent MySQL tables
2. Loaded data directly into CouchDB using an import PHP script (one .csv file per assessment). The script seems to import the data fine into CouchDB and the DQT recognizes all loaded assessments
3. The DQT also allows to successfully assemble any query, but when the query is run, it always results in No result found. (the query appears not to be sent to CouchDB for processing)

Did I miss to add or connect anything in LORIS? What I am missing?

Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated, Johan
