on a clean VM that has LORIS already installed, test that install.sh set up everything that is needed correctly
bonus points: ensure RB data is mounted on the VM (in /data-raisinbread) and run tools/replicate_raisinbread_for_mcin_dev_vm.pl to replicate the file structure in /data and ensure the script creates the symbolic link to the raisinbread dataset so that you can delete or write in /data without affecting /data-raisinbread
