Description:
The size of the ACE plotting board is to big and does not align with the map grid (of Tanoa; maybe other maps are also affected).
See screenshot below

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 3den using Tanoa as map
2. Place a unit that is equipped with the ACE_PlottingBoard
3. Start mission
4. Open map
5. Open ACE_PlottingBoard
6. Zoom in to check 1km map grid vs. 1km tic mark of ACE_PlottingBoard
7. Compare with screenshot below

Expected behavior:
Map grid and ACE_PlottingBoard should align.

Problem found whilst doing dev-work on https://github.com/gruppe-adler/Shoot_and_Scoot.Tanoa

I noticed that the ACE_MapTools is just as miss-aligned as the ACE_PlottingBoard is. This must be relativly new because in the past this always aligned with the map grid.

I have never explicitly edited this setting myself.
My current [..].Arma3Profile has this listed:

fovTop=0.75;
fovLeft=1.3333334;

(I don't know what would be the factory default and/or if some mod or so ever changed it)

Yes, rotated it is the same (see screenshot below).

What I noticed in addition. The inner part of the plotting board appears to be elliptic in shape and not a circle. When I continiously rotate either the inner or outer part of the plotting board it appears kinda wobbly and not smoth.

@PabstMirror when I do as mentioned in #9806 (comment) the problem is gone.

But it is still weird that it is necessary. In the past I never took notice of this behaviour.

It may be related to https://github.com/acemod/ACE3/pull/9219/files
iirc they changed drawIcon to handle aspect ratios automatically in 2.14
but I'm really not sure if there is anything we can do about it
