Mods (complete and add to the following information):
Arma 3 profiling build
Latest stable cba and ace3 (tested experimental as well)

Description:
Using just ace and no bullet casings appear, have enabled/dialed ace casings but cannot get it working
Have tried in stable and experimental ace builds.

Steps to reproduce:
Launch Arma, with ace
Fire gun, no bullet casings on ground
Happened in single player, have not tested multiplayer yet

Expected behavior:
Casings appear next to players when shot, used to work (have used in the past)

Where did the issue occur?
Only tested single player

Seems to be caused by the LIS check returning positions below the intersection. We can set a minimum ATL height, but it's not perfect, obviously. Not sure if we can do much regarding buildings though.
