Medical - No black screen when unconscious

• Set video preset to ultra
• Set video preset to standard
• [player, true, 5, true] call ace_medical_fnc_setUnconscious;

Be unconscious but no black screen (winking eye)

Can also reproduce going standard -> ultra (or probably any choice).
Just something to do with changing all settings breaking the effect?

I have experienced this what I thought was after last update, and someone else on Discord reported the same. It seems that guess was wrong since you can reproduce with changing settings. 👍
