Only one diff but the whole file is marked as diff #78

Hello,

Sometimes when I have only one diff in a file, the whole file is marked as diff. I manage reproducing this on your online demo :

I can't tell why, sometimes it behave correctly..
Anybody else facing this issue ? Can it be related to the text encoding pasted in the Ace editor ?
