Well, I don't mean to be a prude, but you're rest server has instructions and packages that are Mac specific. I wanted to deploy the server to a Ubuntu Server. Any help with the installations? Can't find a replacement for foreman package.

Foreman isn't necessary. It just makes it easier to run the commands in the Procfile. You can just start the REST server by manually entering the command in the Procfile. Make sure you start the PostgreSQL server before starting the REST server. I will update the instructions. Thank you for the feedback.

You can also deploy it to Heroku for free. That's how I deployed it and it works. https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/getting-started-with-ruby#introduction

@bluesenger thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for not responding. Unfortunately, this project no longer works, and I'm no longer working on it, so I don't plan on building an Android client. If anything changes, I'll let you know.
