requirements.txt giving multiple errors.

Hi, thank you for this beautiful repository!
I got this error when trying to install requirements, tried also with pip3 and updating pip.

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement build==1.0.2 (from versions: 0.0.1, 0.0.2, 0.0.3.1, 0.0.4, 0.1.0, 0.2.0, 0.2.1, 0.3.0, 0.3.1, 0.3.1.post1, 0.4.0, 0.5.0, 0.5.1, 0.6.0, 0.6.0.post1, 0.6.1, 0.7.0, 0.8.0)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for build==1.0.2

What could be the problem? thanks in advance
I get this error on other packages too, and I have used the requirements.txt that you gave out in another issue opened by another user
