Once bug #22 is working, and we can add local files using a Player, it would be great if OpenMeta could add Tags to the files it creates/adds to the library. For any Local files, add "Local" and for any cloud/stream based media add "Cloud".

That way, we can easily use Filters to filter on Local/Cloud based media!

I could then go to In Progress, and if I am offline, I can hit Filter, and select Tags and choose Local.
