emybon player search issues with special characters

Would it be possible to edit the embycon player so it can find titles with '(' or ')' in the name please? I currently get no video found on anything with either type of bracket in the title. I've very little coding knowledge but looking at the json there's something written in to deal with other special characters such as ;:&. Thanks

Sure, have at it. I don't think anyone that has been or is currently involved in this project uses Emby or Embycon, so it's pretty unlikely to get fixed unless you do it.
