24hr review doesnt work across timezones

zmninja 1.6.009 - Android 23
Zoneminder v1.36.24 - ubuntu 20.04 focal

When travelling and subsequently changing timezones, my zoneminder server at home remains at GMT+1 whereas my android phone is GMT-4, when I look at 24hr review on zminja, it only shows me 24 hour clips that occurred before my Android current time without taking into account timezone

e.g.
Motion capture at 9am home time (GMT-1)
2 hours later I look at zmninja on my phone, (11am (GMT-1), 6am (GMT-4) local on android phone), zmninja doesn't show me any results
If i wait another 3 hours (9am (GMT-4)) then the video clips appear as android time is now ahead of 9am capture time

I've tried enabling/disabling use local time in developer settings on zmninja
