ykpersonalize nowhere to be found

I'm trying to set up yubikey on my linux box, and the instructions talk about using the ykpersonalize tool to set up the yubikey, but the libpam-yubico package only includes ykpamcfg.

I thought the ykpamcfg tool may have the same functionality as ykpersonalize, but it doesn't, and its manpage mentions ykpersonalize as well.
