Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are two primary issues with meshagent being unsigned.

1. Gatekeeper prompts to override for install and first run - at least using the binary universal installer.
2. Unable to use PPPC configuration profiles in MDM to allow permissions.

Describe the solution you'd like
I understand an Apple developer cert for signing would cost $99 USD / year.
But the MacAdmins group (https://www.macadmins.org/news/mac-admins-open-source) is helping opensource projects get their code signed.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe getting my own developer account and trying to sign it.
