Right click notification templates

It would be great to be able to send template notification messages to the user's screen, as is done with the "remote input" function, by pressing the right mouse button. In the message template settings, I would also like to predetermine the time the message is on the screen and the type of such message. (message on screen or tray)

It would be especially cool if these templates could be predefined globally for all users in the config while maintaining the ability for users to also add their personal templates additionally

Why is this necessary:
Working in technical support, we often inform people about the same text by displaying a message on the screen.

Example: Your ticket has been closed.Thank you for contacting our service.

We write the same thing every day manually many times, it would be great to simplify this process to two mouse clicks
