Comments @ Showallcomments / commentfield changing type from text to textarea (assumption)

Hi Team,

just a small info.

Instance: YetiForce 6.5.0
Steps to reproduce:
create account
go to the summary view
click on "comments" (show-all-comments)
refresh page several times with f5
now the comment-field is lookling like the screenshot -> you can edit like textarea (bold/underline etc...)
Its a bit irritating because you can't edit the text after posting and reformat
