nginx configuration documentation for X-Client-IP and HTTP_X_FORWARDED_HOST #364

Hi,
Would it be possible to document why these 2 configurations are added to nginx configuration?
Ideally with a comment in the nginx config?

proxy_set_header X-Client-IP $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header HTTP_X_FORWARDED_HOST $remote_addr;
