Apparently, the CMake build refactoring done in 327bf14 removed the variable @LIB_INSTALL_DIR@ used in evhtp.pc.in for setting the pkgconfig libdir.
This libdir is used by several autotool scripts and pkgconfig to determine the lib installation path when linking to non-global library paths. I ran into this as it caused linking failures in NixOS.

Please provide the proper library path via the pkgconfig libdir variable.

fix Yellow-Camper#143 by properly setting pkgconfig dirs
